Job Description:
What We Are Looking For

Baylor University is seeking a Research Assistant in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department. The research assistant will work in Dr. Lee's Micro/Nano Devices and Systems Laboratory.

A Bachelor's degree and less than a year of relevant work experience are required. A Bachelor's degree and less than a year of relevant work experience are preferred.

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

What You Will Do

Support PhD students on active research projects involving implantable micro devices for bone growth applications, liquid metal artificial muscles, and electrochemical sensors for greenhouse gas detection
Design, fabricate, and test device performance
Procure and install laboratory equipment
Maintain the lab with attention to chemical safety
Oversee the day-to-day operations of research
Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
Ability to comply with university policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
